【About cancellations, returns, and exchanges】
(1) Within one week after arrival on the date and time specified by the customer, regardless of whether the delivery is possible or not.
Alternatively, we will only accept returns and cancellations within one week after the date and time specified by our store.
(2) Notwithstanding the preceding paragraph, we cannot accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges for the following products.

・Products that have been delivered for more than 8 days
・Other products that clearly state on the product introduction page that they cannot be returned.
(3) We will bear the shipping costs for returns etc.
(4) Refunds will be made according to the payment method within 5 business days after the returned product arrives at our store.
(5) Regarding defective products, due to the delicate nature of overseas imported posters,
We cannot accept items unless there is obvious damage (2cm or more).
